Conditions of Incentive Systems in Educational Institutions

Summary/Abstract: The topic of this article is the effectiveness of motivational instruments for better and more effective work in educational institutions. This issue is extremely important not only in the teacher’s work, but in the others as well. The aim of this article is to identify and discuss incentive systems operating in schools in East-South Poland and to diagnose which factors are the most motivating for teachers.
