Summary/Abstract: The literature of the subject emphasizes the importance of cooperation competences, which are complex, yet necessary regardless of the profession and or place of employment – also in the case of remote work (e.g. mobile teleworking) orwork in creative co-working offices. Insufficient cooperation competences and too little willingness of young Poles to share knowledge is also one of determinants of such situation. Therefore, the aim of the study is to try to answer the following questions: are there any other forms of student activity that are important for enhancing team work skills and what meaning do they have? The article presents selected methods of developing the analyzed competence of cooperation, possible to apply in education at the level of university studies and examples of various forms of pro-vocational activity, more and more appreciated by students.
