Integration Meetings as a Tool for Developing Social Competences of ICT Sector Employees

Summary/Abstract: Social competences of IT professionals are one of the major areas of development for the human resources management in the ICT sector companies. The article discusses one of the frequently used tools (that the intention of the organizations increase social competence): integration meetings. The results of research on the perception by the IT professionals are presented in the text. The preferred by the ICT sector workers investigated forms of integration, now widely offered by organizations, have also been discussed.
