Entity as a Subject of Legal Protection in the Sphere of Monuments Protection

Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the issue of two values’ clash: a right to live and phisical existence of a monument in time. The author concentrated in this respect on a problem with regard to a mission of science. Considerations concern aspects of international and Polish law, including administrative law and monuments protection law. A range of aspects was embedded within a realm of frontiers between branches and disciplines of law.
