Summary/Abstract: Care for human dignity is at the heart of all human rights and freedoms, which should guarantee its conditions of the fullest possible development and activity in society. This is due to the fact that humanism in labor law is more consistent than in other branches of law. The amount of remuneration is undoubtedly one of the most important elements of employment conditions. However, it should be noted that employee dignity should also be taken into account in the context of other elements of the legal situation of the employee. The lack of a legal definition of fair remuneration means that this concept is interpreted differently. In the article, the author, based on the analysis of selected legal acts, will attempt to define this concept.
