Heuristic methods as the Basis for Preparing and Implementation of Innovations

Summary/Abstract: We discuss the way of development of heuristic methods in Poland over the past fifty years. Attention was drawn to the specificity of innovation in organizational change. Described conduct organizational change as a process of sorting and destruction. The role of organizational life curve in determining the effects of the changes and to prepare appropriate remedial treatments.
