Managing Organization from the Perspective of the Complex Adaptive System – Concept Development

Summary/Abstract: The article develops the current patterns, key attributes and critical conditions for the duration and development of the organization as a complex adaptive systems. On this basis, management, management quality and management quality costs are definedand interpreted. The inherency of systemic patterns, features, and critical conditions makes the deliberations relevant for organizations of all types and sizes. The organizational implications of quantum mechanics have been taken into account. This paper aims at the further development of the concept of an organization as a complex adaptive system, and the application of achieved results for management, its redefinition and interpretation, taking into account the cost of management.
