Summary/Abstract: This article presents good practices of companies as a manifestation of their commitment to the objectives of the Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable development. With the use of the internationally accepted definitions formulated by the European Commission, ISO 26000 and the World Bank the essential relationships between CSR and sustainable development were established. FOB reports “Responsible business in Poland. Good practices” were used to determine the practices reported by companies in 2016 and 2017. The findings indicate the concentration of good practices in three areas of corporate social responsibility, related to community involvement and the development of the local community, labor relations, and the environment protection. The results also suggest the relatively large involvement of companies in the implementation of sustainable development goals aimed at the promotion of the development of education, healthy life, and prosperity, sustainable and inclusive economic growth and decent work and sustainable consumption patterns.
