Summary/Abstract: The subjects of the article are the loyalty factors of pilgrimages on the example ofa pilgrimage to the Holy Mountain of Grabarka. During the research were defined groups ofloyalty references such as social, religious and the others. The exploration was carried out using the PAPI survey method, using the questionnaire as a tool. The general objective of the articleis to recognize the factors of participation and loyalty of pilgrims. The conducted research may contribute to a broader understanding of the behavior of people using pilgrimage tourism and translate into a better adaptation of the offer of pilgrimage services to the needs of recipients.
