Summary/Abstract: One important finding from the recent literature refers to the growing role of building relationships with firm’s stakeholders in reference to success in business operations. This research seeks to study the essence and the role of stakeholder culture in family companies.The research question of whether and how the studied family owned firms build and ‘implement’ stakeholder culture was formulated. The results indicate that the researched family businesses in majority undertake different actions towards building successful relationships with stakeholders. In majority, project managers receive support from the top management.
