Summary/Abstract: Today, thanks to the intensive development of information technology and robotics (the dissemination of the Industry 4.0 concept), we have quick access to a wide range of information that should form the basis for making business decisions. We observe that this conceptis increasingly coming into various economic spheres, including the sphere of logistics. Thus, the purpose of the article is to present the possibility of implementing the Industry 4.0 concept for the needs of logistics level 4.0 (Logistics 4.0), indicating the forecasted effects and limitations.
