Summary/Abstract: Particular cases of Republika Srpska and the Republic of Serbia are viewed within the current historical context, with a special emphasis on their perspectives in the near and far future. There is an imperial hierarchy of power of the new feudal order - an integrated structure of global power which is demonstrated by the United States as a “hard empire” on the one hand, and the EU as the “soft empire” on the other. In this world order, war is a permanent state. What we have here is a classic example of literal application of the militaristic “new liberal imperialism”, whose task after the so-called Cold War (1989-1990) has been to ideologically legitimize the practice of permament state of war in the world and of unilateral use of force in world affairs. This paper demonstrates it by giving a critical overview of the “new liberal imperialism” doctrine in its authentic form, which can be seen in the work of Robert Cooper and other people, and particularly if Tony Blairs’s role is envisaged.
