Pathologies and Dysfunctions in the Organization Management Process – Selected Aspects

Summary/Abstract: Pathologies and dysfunctions still arouse interest among scientists. They are difficult to investigate, because organizations are reluctant to provide information related to this subject. The aim of the article is to sketch the problems of dysfunctions and pathologies occurring in the organization management. The article is a review of the existing literature and research on this subject. The article focuses on selected management aspects that are the cause of the above mentioned problem.
