Summary/Abstract: Author analyses the links between postfordism in the period of lean management and peripheries, transformation economies in the context of creation of economic dependence and market possibilities of job places creation. Transformational, peripheral economies have a fundamental problems, namely weak development and a middle income trap as a consequence of faulty privatization and reforms in favor of stranger capital and investors. Authors examine postfordist industrial, commercial and financial relations mostly on the examples involved into this process of transformation economies (Polish and other CEE countries enterprises) and dominating German enterprises. They proposes an adaptation to the challenges of new stage of postfordism through building of national fundament of industrial and economic independence and identity e.g. national entrepreneurship and brands, branch specialization and re-establishment of role of national state in national economy as the most important actor.
