Summary/Abstract: Intellectual resources management is a relatively new term; other used namesare: personnel training, personnel management, industrial relations, personnel development.Human resources management refers to a global, multidisciplinary and professional approach topersonnel issues in the organization. There must be a better match between the company's strategyand human resources strategies. The current issue of improving motivation at work is not disputedby either science or practice because it is not only about increasing the social and creative activityof a particular employee (soldier, director, or operative staff), which depends on the precisedevelopment of an effective system of motivation, as well as the final results of the company ofvarious organizational and legal forms of ownership, production and non-productive activityspaces. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between effort and effect in theformation of intellectual resources.
