Summary/Abstract: In a world that constantly facing to profound changes, drugs have come to be a constant negative presence of everyday life, dominating diverse backgrounds, from large urban areas, to the virtual space. We find ourselves in front of a true phenomenon, adversely affecting society, family balance, safe school environment and the community. Illicit drug use affects a person’s health, financial position, its economic efficiency, but also its social relations. The study aims to show the drugs are a risk factor in modern conflicts.
