Application of managerial out-technologies in the labor market

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the study of managerial out-technologies on the labourmarket. Due to the change of traditional forms of enterprises, flexible forms of employment as outtechnologies have appeared. These allow the companies to realize specialized functions as well asthey are used in solving the problems related to the staff provision and its work. The use of outtechnologies in the management of the personnel of organization is related to the interaction withthe external environment of the organization, the use of resources from outside, the performance ofsome of the necessary functions by outside organizations
