Methods of Setting up a Group Purchasing Organization

Summary/Abstract: The present study is a literature overview, it presents a definition the purchasing group and points out the role of such an organization in the modern supply chain. The main goal of the article is to delineate legal aspects of the process of purchasing group creation in Polish economy and subsequently demonstrate models adopted by the discussed organizations.
