Pateric and leadership. From human science, to the science of the Lord

Summary/Abstract: The present study approaches a very current research problem: the incapacity of the human being to perform at high level and to prosper in his personal field of work and his very own frame of mind of unfullfillment. Both leadership literature and the sayings of the Dessert Fathers – between which there exist many differences, seem to have approached this problem; they have identified it and they have offered very similar solutions from functional and methodological points of view. Therefore we intend to direct the present research in relation to the following main research question: which are the most important contributions from the Leadership field and which of them are relevant to a Theology student/ future priest?
