Victims of violence in the family

Summary/Abstract: The phenomenon of violence in the family occurs in society all over the world, regardless of age, place of living, race, gender, religion or social status. It always leads to irreversible changes in psychic of a given person, causing pain and suffering which cannot be explained rationally as it comes from a member of a family from whom opposite behavior is expected. The most common victim of violence in a family is a woman who is a wife, partner or mother. Sometimes other members of a family, including sick, disabled, dependent on a family, become victims as well.
