Risk and Risk Management in Micro-enterprises, on the Example of West Pomeranian

Summary/Abstract: Literature widely describes the different types of risks to which companies are exposed, the stages of its management, and the methods available to protect the business from the risk. However, while larger companies have staff dedicated to risk management or to hire outside company, whereas micro-enterprises are in a much worse situation. The aim of the article is to present the research among micro-enterprises in West Pomeranian, which will answer the question of whether micro-enterprises are using risk management in practice or not?
