Summary/Abstract: The stereotypical perception of the roles of women and men in society low female participation in the cause of Polish politics. According to my opinion the basic assumption of polish politics should be the process of increasing representations women. The Polish government is represented by the majority of men. The men rule the country. The most important matter of the polish country is break stereotypical perception of the roles of women and men in society. Needed is to promote gender equality in polish politics.
