Summary/Abstract: The article deals with marketing research of factors affecting the establishment and functioning of the Ukrainian industrial enterprises with foreign investments. The factors affecting the choice of the studied subjects corporate strategy are defined. A research of business culture is done with the establishment of cultural differences that are traced in the operation process of the enterprise in the conditions of foreign investment.
