Summary/Abstract: Stage fright is one of the important problems of social life for people since people always have risk to confront with this problem which may bring their career to a close. The musicians are amongst the people who experience intensive stage fright as the most essential professional problem. Therefore, the stage fright emerges as a process that has impact on almost every musician and takes its place in the literature sometimes as “stage anxiety” as well. Anxiety can be expressed as anxiety, sadness, or fear of unknown cause related to an unfavorable situation. This emotion experienced before the stage or on stage can vary from person to person in terms of intensity and effects. However, the number of studies conducted in the literature on this subject is not sufficient. The aim of this study is to address the issue of stage fear that musicians frequently experience and to investigate which methods should be used to overcome this fear.
