Summary/Abstract: From climate change, depletion of natural resources and higher numbers of endangered species to industrialization development and implicitly pollution, all of these factors increase the conflictual setting in more and more areas. Given the fact that a discussion regarding the environment is never limited by any borders, arising issues generated by these conflicts occur on both national and international level.
