On Changes in Diversity Management

Summary/Abstract: The first part of the article is focused on the factors increasing workers diversity. In the second part of the paper we present terminology of diversity management and effects of theirs management for organizations. We proposed the way of changes diversity management in the organization. We discuss permanent analyzes change in workers diversity, programs for minorities groups, composed solution for culture diversity, benchmarking diversity management, focused on ROI of the human capital. Also we consider investigation on the commitment diversity groups of workers, exploration on the flexibility of employment in workers diversity context, exploration on the personnel risk human resources diversity. Additional investigation on the human resources management instruments which are relevant for diversity management are presented.
