Summary/Abstract: Modern organizations transform quickly, but not in any organization change is rapid. Declaration of the changes does not necessarily mean that it actually happens. Organizations on the one hand need to change the other are afraid to carry them out. One of the most difficult roles in the process of change is the role of the manager. The changes do not happen by themselves. Good to carry out changes on the one hand, involvement of the entire organization on the other thought leadership manager who sets the direction of change and gives it the necessary momentum. This is a challenge faced by organizations on the world. Not only what changes to make, when and for what purpose, but most of all, who put at the forefront of these changes. The article is an attempt to answer the challenges facing becoming manager in changing the organization and how you can achieve these goals.
