Summary/Abstract: The paper presents legal conditionings and financial results of nine general hospitals in years 2014–2015, for which the forming entity is the Lodz Voivodeship Self-government. The authors also indicate the issues connected with the financing of natural persons’ services when there is no possibility of debt collection.
