Analysis of Assumptions and Parameters Identification of Simulation Models of Gas Drilling Exploration

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the cost of the investment phase of the project, associated with exploration and exploitation of shale gas - development of the field. Gas exploration may be implemented in various variants. Comparison was made between two variants of the drilling proceeds. Costs of drilling each of the variants were estimated on the basis of cost of reference drilling model. Simulation model was built for for estimating the cost and time of drilling in different variants of drilling process.
