Summary/Abstract: The ERP and discrete-event simulation systems integration based on data-driven automatic models generation method are presented. The proposed method is also based on a data-driven approach method to automatic generation of models for simulation systems. Due to elimination of the disadvantages associated with cost and time-consuming process of building the simulation models, the proposed method can become an efficient and effective tool to support the planning and verification of the production flow subject to manufacturing and logistics constraints. Developed IT solution allows, among others, to conduct rapid analysis with regard to available quantity and the capacity of transport means, timetable, and the location and capacity of the storage system. Due to the use of the intermediate data model the integration module can be commercialized with practically any ERP or simulation system as well.
