MISIR PASTASI TEKNİĞİNDE SERAMİK TAKI UYGULAMALAR
CERAMIC JEWELRY APPLICATIONS IN EGYPTIAN PASTE TECHNIQUE

Summary/Abstract: The general purpose of this study is to make ceramic jewelry applications using the Egyptian paste technique. With today's technology and changing sense of art, the use of different materials influenced the art of ceramics as well in accordance with the study’s purpose it was observed that the artists produced jewelry using different mud, glaze, firing techniques, shaping methods and decoration applications. However, it was seen that jewelry production using the Egyptian paste technique was often not preferred and within the scope of this study, experimental applications in dry sementation method of Egyptian paste technique were performed. As a result of the favorable prescription obtained, jewelry applications were performed and jewelry objects were produced by the integration of different metals.
