Recall of a President by People as a Particular Pattern oc Constitutional Responsibility

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the concept and the notion of the responsibility in the constitutional law of Rumania and Iceland where is used a particular procedure of the responsibility of the president of a respective state in form of referendum. The author analyses the reasons for exercis-ing that form of constitutional responsibility, components of the respective procedure and weak and strong points of the legal regulation in those states. She expresses her doubts about the fitness of a referendum for the resolution of legal disputes such a kind.
