Summary/Abstract: The main goal of this article is to present the characteristics of the programs offered by the community centre in Poland, mainly, program offered by the Cooperative Community Centre in Czeladź. An important issue is to identify the needs of the local community. The research has been done by using focus groups methodology. Analysis shows lack of structure of the Cooperative Community Centre in Czeladź and low level of customers’ satisfaction.
