Summary/Abstract: The quality of education is an important building block in the labor market. Higher education institutions wanting to educate workers (not unemployed), must take into account the changing needs of the labor market. The higher demands on the candidate’s job offer, the more attractive it is both in terms of the attractiveness of responsibilities and the possibility of reaping profits with relevant professional work. This relationship can be reversed, stating that higher and more sought qualifications and skills a potential employee has. Moreover, the notable earnings are associated with more attractive field for research work.
