Summary/Abstract: Family businesses due to the specificity related to family involvement and level of employment have to constantly look for the new sources which turn to be helpful in the process of building their long-term growth. In this process special attention has to be paid to Stakeholders risk which is generated by all parties interested in projects run by family firms. Stakeholders impact can be either a source of new opportunities or a serious threat influencing activities taken by family enterprises. This paper identifies and describes risks generated by stakeholders for family firms- participants at the New-Connect market. Special attention has been directed towards the relationship among the type of stakeholder risk, the sector (trade, services) and the size of a family firm measured by level of employment.
