Summary/Abstract: An article shows to what scale challenges and threats should be prepared to international organizations and countries at the end of the 21st century. Currently, we have been observing dynamic changes in the international security which is an extension of risks arising mainly from international terrorism, failed states, mass refugee civilians from conflict regions in Europe, as well as, the irresponsible policies of countries with great power aspirations. Most of these dangers were already good-known and we had dealt with them in practice in the first decade of the twenty first century. It is relatively new phenomenon of modern “global age” and the way in which relationships intertwined to a network of mutual ties which is very dangerous to the western civilization.
