Summary/Abstract: The insolvency procedure did not benefit from a complex and exhaustive approach dealing with this matter from the perspective of transmitting procedural quality.The establishment of certain rules regarding the transmission of the procedural quality is required both for the protection of the rights of the creditors and for ensuring the implementation of an egalitarian procedure against the debtor.
