Summary/Abstract: The article presents the main ideas of the philosophy of nature and the concept of scientific ethics by the most important philosopher of “Warsaw positivism” – Julian Ochorowicz. In the field of natural philosophy Ochorowicz proposes monistic and dynamic interpretation of reality in which a key role is played by the force (energy). It is a common element of all phenomena and it impacts on their mutual influence and corelation. On this basis Ochorowicz states that it is possible to create material objects using mental energy (Kosmoplastia). As far as ethics is concerned Ochorowicz proposes to give scientifc character to normative ethics. The article also outlines the branches of descriptive ethics.
