The legal status and responsibility of bankruptcy trustee in insolvency proceeding

Summary/Abstract: The following article deals with a legal status and responsibility of bankruptcy trustee in insolvency proceeding. The author analyses legislation of legal status of the bankruptcy trustee. He describes the legal status of the bankruptcy trustee in the context of the legislation of the European Union. He also refers to an oversight of the activity of the trustee in a court proceeding due to its dominant status and the loss of dominus litis court status.
