A metal vessel with inscription of Ismail, Serbevvabin and nazar of Filibe

Summary/Abstract: The objective of this study is to publish a vessel (type sahani), which is part of a private collection in Lüleburgaz, Turkey. The inscription on the vessel says that its owner is Ismail, who was Serbevvabin and at that time nazar of Filibe. Having in mind the pointed out year of the vessel, a conclusion can be made that the abovementioned owner lived at the end of XVIII – first half of XIX century.
