Summary/Abstract: The system of normative acts in a state represents the totality of normative acts in force, a system of real interference, which has a beginning and implicitly, an end. To say that this system is eternal means to drift towards the ideologization of the law, depriving it of scientific argument. Therefore, it is a dynamic one, constantly modernizing, evolving to the end. This dynamic and interdependent system, consisting of a variety of normative acts, ultimately requires a systematization according to certain criteria. This systematization is directly dictated by the functional and structural necessity of the law. Therefore, in the following pages, we intend to make an attempt to review the major objectives, criteria, and ways of systematization in view of putting into order the multiplicity of legal acts, achieving the simplification, reduction and concentration of legal regulations.
