The public servis television in Slovak republic

Summary/Abstract: This article is dedicated to the provider of the public servis broadcasting in the Slovak republic – to the Slovak television and describes the basic characteristics of this public servis television, especially some facts about the organisation, legal capacity and other important and interesting informations concerning the Slovak television.All the article is written in order to make possible to compare the Slovak television and the Czech television, mainly, but not only, the law regulation of both these subjects and it gives also some questions to professional discussion.The main reason to write this contribution was to fill in one of the outlasting gaps in the area of medial law, concretly in the theoretic part. It means that I wanted to present my look at some problems that are, in my opinion naturally, quite neglected by our doctrine and I am sure, that it is convenient to pay attention to them.
