Competition law: amendments and reforms 2008/2009

Summary/Abstract: The symposium "Competition Law: amendment and reform of 2008/2009..., organized the Institute for business and economic law from the Law Faculty, University of Vienna and was dedicated to law for the protection of competition and addressed the very topical issue in particular - private enforcement duties, resulting of this section of the rule of law and issues of law against unfair competition. Allowance recorded lecture and panel discussion on these issues with indication the ideas of Austrian and German colleagues, can be applied in the Czech legal environment.
