Lease Contract for Real Estate: its Role and Place in the Civil Circulation of the Republic of Moldova (Civil Law Issues)

Summary/Abstract: This article is dedicated to the analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the domain of contracts for the lease of immovable property in order to improve the measures of legitimate assurance of the tenant to the lessor and vice versa. Also, the article includes the determination of the legal norms for lease of real estate, which will stimulate individuals and companies to develop the economic sphere in this sector as a branch of the provision of services in the Republic of Moldova. A study is proposed, of the degree of risk arising in a dispute regarding the obligations of the parties in the contract of lease of immovable property, and a research of the relations of lease with various companies at national and international level.
