Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes some modern theoretical and practical problems related to the judicial expertise of manuscripts, that is required in the activity of crime investigation. Some specifications are suggested with reference to the graphological identification theory, as well as some practical solutions in the sphere of document investigation that must be taken into consideration by the experts graphologists in their daily activity.
