Settlement share in household cooperative in relation with transfer of flats to private ownership

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the ownership interest settlement of a member of a housing association. Especially with the situation when a flat has become the part of the member´s property and the membership become extinquished. The author wrote the article against backround of a judgement of a regional court.
