Licence contract

Summary/Abstract: Current legal regulations of licence contract within the czech system of law was evaluated for some deficiencies. It was alerted and there was supplied suggestion of their solution. This solution can serve as the base to discussion. The aim was first of all the evaluation of regulation of licence contract in commercial code, because this regulation is the largest. Deficiencies of this regulation are primarily too small set of relations, which includes this type of contract and absence the regulation transfer of rights. These rights are executed only through licence contract. In the first case I prefer enlargement eventually object of this contract up to section mark of origin and geographical mark. In the second case I prefer creation of the separated regulation contract of transfer of rights in Commercial code.
