Summary/Abstract: For the last more than 150 years, Bosnia and Bosnian idea was constantly under the attack of numerous misconceptions and myths which were the result of anti-Bosnian actions of two neighbouring nationalism, and in the modern times the result of Bosniak nationalism too. These ideologies were built on completely opposite foundations from the one that shaped Bosnia through its millennial existence, and formed a Bosnian philosophy of life based on plurality and inclusiveness. The idea of Bosnianhood and Bosnia as a place of religious plurality for more than 150 years was "gripped" between two national ideologies, Serbian and Croatian, which were formed on the basis of the religious affiliation of their inhabitants, but not on a civil basis. They were formed as religious and ethnic communities, and their national ideologies were the same. This matter of fact, followed by the fact that the clergy manipulated the processes of national building of Bosnia’s neighbouring countries, resulted in the creation of national ideologies whose foundation was the rejection of religious plurality. Bosnia and the Bosnian population became interesting as a kind of territory and population suitable for expansion, since when these two ideologies had entered in their centres in Belgrade and Zagreb. That was resulted as long denial of Bosnia as a state and Bosnian people as a political nation.
