Decisions of the Constitutional Tribunal – discussing selected decrees

Summary/Abstract: Is moving a provision regulating an employer’s criminal responsibility for violating employee rights to a different editing unit of a legal instrument a satisfactory reason for shortening the period of vacation legis to one day? According to the Constitutional Tribunal it is, due to the fact that the provision did not alter the scope of the employer’s responsibility. What is more, the provision has been functioning in legal relations for many years, and therefore the addressees did not have to get acquainted with it.
