In modern families the roles of mother and father are close to each other and women, as they are also breadwinners of the family, they’re no longer housewives. According to the changes in modern family, particularly according to the division of family roles it is seems to necessary to pay an attention to the ability and willingness to engage fathers in the upbringing of children.
